About Schuyler (Sky-ler)

Come On In.

I love working with students, asking the questions that get them thinking, figuring out what lights them up, and exploring what they want to do with it. Then I help them go for it.

My Story

A career built around helping people tell their stories.

Since graduating from Princeton University, I've spent more than twenty-five years helping people communicate clearly through a career in marketing, communications, and strategy. For nearly two decades, I've also served as a Princeton alumni interviewer, meeting with prospective applicants and gaining a unique perspective on what makes students memorable beyond grades and test scores.

My passion for working with students extends well beyond admissions. Over the past six years, I've mentored teenagers, led youth programs, coached hundreds of students through their first job experiences, and partnered with families through schools and community organizations. Those experiences have shaped my belief that every student has a story worth telling.

My process begins with thoughtful questions, deep conversation, and plenty of reflection before the applications open or the writing begins. Whether we're working together for months before applications are due or finding clarity just before a deadline, my goal is always the same: to help students better understand themselves and tell their story with confidence.

My Philosophy

A rare invitation to think deeply about who you are.

I love this stage of life. The moment a student begins to see themselves clearly, to name what they care about, and to write it down in a way only they can.

Applications are hard. They can also be one of the most meaningful writing experiences a young person will have. My work is to make that process feel steady and personal, so students discover what they want to say and parents feel supported all the way through.

Your voice. Your values. Your path.

Let's Talk
